What is the purpose of a flake ice machine

Purpose:

1. Application in the processing of aquatic products: Ice flakes can lower the temperature of processing media, cleaning water, and aquatic products, prevent bacterial growth, and maintain freshness during the processing of aquatic products.

2. Application of meat product processing: Mix sliced ice that meets hygiene standards into the meat and stir. To achieve the purpose of cooling and preservation

3. Application in food processing: For example, in bread production, when stirring or applying butter twice, use ice cubes to quickly cool down to prevent fermentation.

4. Application in supermarkets and aquatic product markets: used for the preservation of aquatic products such as placement, display, packaging, etc

5. Application of vegetable processing: Ice flakes are used to reduce the metabolism and bacterial growth rate of agricultural products and vegetables during harvesting and processing. Extend the shelf life of agricultural products and vegetables.

6. Application in long-distance transportation: Products that require cooling and preservation, such as ocean fishing and vegetable transportation, are increasingly being cooled and preserved with ice sheets during long-distance transportation.

7. It has also been widely used in industries such as laboratories, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and artificial ski resorts.

8. Application in concrete engineering: During the hot season, when pouring concrete on a large scale, it is necessary to effectively and reasonably control the pouring temperature of the concrete. The most effective way is to mix with ice and cold water.
